TW: DOMESTIC VIOLENCE & CHILD ABUSE
Last month was Domestic Violence Awareness month. For today's episode, we head to Oregon to discuss a nuanced issue in domestic violence cases: when a victim kills her abuser.
How should the law/criminal justice system treat these "offenders?" Do they deserve the same level of criminal culpability as someone who doesn't have a history of physical/emotional/mental/financial abuse?
Let us know your thoughts over in our Facebooks discussion group or on social media.
